Customer feedback platform serving 100+ businesses
The problem
Businesses had no efficient way to collect, process, and act on audio and video customer feedback.
What we built
The entire web application from scratch as sole engineer. In-browser audio and video recording, real-time waveform visualization, Google Speech-to-Text transcription, event-driven webhook architecture, and a dynamic multi-tenant white-label UI so each client got their own branded experience. Hark went on to raise $5M+ in funding.

Who's behind this
Built by an engineer, not a slide deck
I'm Grace Frank, founder and lead engineer at Ronami AI. I've spent 7+ years building software products, from fintech platforms at Interswitch to AI-powered healthcare apps to SaaS products used by hundreds of businesses.
I started Ronami because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses know AI can help them, but they're stuck choosing between expensive enterprise solutions and freelancers who disappear after the demo. We're the middle ground. A small, senior team that builds real systems and sticks around to make sure they work.
Before Ronami, I was the founding engineer at Hark (raised $5M+, 100+ clients), led the customer-facing web app at Centricity's AI insights platform, and built PlentiChat from personal frustration with how slowly businesses respond on Instagram and WhatsApp.
I don't do pitch decks. I open my laptop and build the thing.
